What Our Customers Are Saying

The folks (Traci & Jim) at High Ridge Excavation are the best. We had them dig a utility trench, 200 feet in length x 30 plus inches deep. In spite of running into solid rock (known as volcanic Bluerock from slow cool volcanic action---hardest known volcanic rock formation) they never wavered; completed the job and installed the conduit to the specifications by our utility company. The utility company approved the work on the first inspection. Many excavator companies would have thrown up their hands if encountering Bluerock; High Ridge does not quit when the going gets tuff. One of my greatest experiences with a contractor; impeccable integrity, these folks. Old fashion business ethics---so refreshing; highly recommended.

High Ridge Excavation was an absolute joy to work with! They are professional, clean, and honest. Lately we've been trying to get excavation done on our property and we've had fail upon fail of other companies who either won't call us back or, when we did manage to get a hold of someone and arrange a time to come out, they never show and never call. Not only that but prices out there have been nauseating. We were approaching our breaking point of frustration. Traci and James were beyond friendly and extremely easy to work with. The site was left clean and beautiful when they were finished. They even offered us their extra water (which is a precious commodity where we live as we have to haul water in). They treated us like humans instead of dollar bills. I cannot recommend these guys enough! If you want the job done with kindness, professionalism and no hassle, call High Ridge Excavation!

High Ridge was amazing from the first point of contact to the end. They were very quick on the bidding process and even quicker on getting the work scheduled. Their prices were extremely affordable and fair. The work was finished in less time than anticipated. We can definitely tell they have such great experience and knowledge and it shows in their work and the completed protect. We couldn't be more happy with the result and will tell anyone we can to use High Ridge for any excavation type project!
